Common Errors & Fixes

Last updated: July 2026 4 min read

This guide covers the most frequently reported issues on WallpaperHub that are often outside of our direct control, along with steps on how to resolve or bypass them.

Quick Navigation

1. Images fail to load / display correctly → 2. Page not found (Error 404) → 3. Submitting artworks is not possible →

Images Fail to Load

If an image cannot be loaded, you will either see our default fallback icon (error_pic.png) or the space where the image should be will appear completely blank.

Why does this happen?

What we do to prevent this:
Since June 2026, we have integrated Cloudflare on top of our Google infrastructure. Cloudflare caches our content worldwide, meaning images are loaded from a local node rather than being actively pulled from the main server every time. This significantly minimizes loading times, bypasses temporary outages, and reduces connection errors.

Error 404 - Page Not Found

If you see a 404 Error, it means the specific page or image you are looking for does not exist on our servers.

How to fix this:

Submitting Artworks is Not Possible

Sometimes, the submission form to upload your own creations to WallpaperHub may not load or be unavailable.

Why is the form down?

Alternative Submission Method:
If the form is down but you really want to share your artwork with us, you can always send your images via Direct Message on Instagram or X (Twitter) directly to our handle @WallpaperHubEU.
