Format & Quality Guidelines
To ensure a premium experience for all users, your image must meet the following technical requirements:
- Resolution: Minimum Full HD (1920x1080), but 4K (3840x2160) is highly preferred.
- File Formats: We only accept .JPG and .PNG files.
- Visual Clarity: No watermarks, no disturbing objects, and no heavy post-editing or artificial filters. (Note: In-game mods that directly alter the game's visuals during capture are allowed).
Copyright & Rules (Trust & Safety)
We take copyright very seriously. By submitting an image, you guarantee that it complies with our safety standards:
- The image must be 100% self-made or photographed by you.
- Strict rejection of any NSFW (Not Safe For Work), violent, or extremist content.
- Our general Terms of Service fully apply to all submissions.

Note: If the form is closed, we are currently not accepting new submissions. Required information about the creator is displayed on the form and is subject to change at any time without notice.
Legal Notice & Rights Transfer
By submitting your images, you transfer the usage rights to SndeTeam. This means you have no right to demand financial compensation from us or third parties for the use of your image. You also agree that third parties are allowed to download and use your submitted image for private purposes.
Submitting an image is no guarantee that it will be published. We reserve the right to reject submissions without providing a reason.
Crucial: The guidelines and Terms of Service of the respective publishers/developers of the depicted games apply at all times. Our guidelines and your submission do not override their copyrights!
The Curation Process (What happens next?)
After you hit submit, your image goes through a strict review process:
- Initial Review: Submitted images are typically reviewed within 1 to 2 weeks by our Creations Team, who filter out images that don't fit our style or the overall ecosystem.
- Quality Control: If your image passes the initial review, it moves to Quality Control.
- Publication: If everything is perfect, your image will be included in the next scheduled Content Update for WallpaperHub.
Checking Your Status
Senders will not be personally contacted if their image is rejected. However, you can independently contact SndeCare Support to inquire about the status of your submission.
Disclaimer: The SndeCare Team can only see the current status of the image (e.g., "In Review", "Rejected", "Approved"). They cannot see or find out the specific reasons for a rejection.
