You can create your own temporary voice chat on SndeCord, whether you want it to be public for everyone to join or completely private just for your friends.
Pre-made Voice Channels: We also offer static, pre-made voice chats designed specifically for 4 and 8 people. Please note that you need the Open Voice Chat role to access these specific static channels.
How to Create Your Own Voice Chat
Setting up your own channel takes only a few seconds. Just follow these steps:
- Join the designated voice channel named "Lounge".
- You will instantly and automatically be moved into your newly created, personal voice channel.
- A dedicated temporary text channel will also be created for you. You can use this to chat with your guests or execute moderation commands.
Channel Settings & Defaults
When your channel is created, it comes with a few default settings that you, as the owner, can change at any time:
- Channel Name: By default, your channel will always be named using your current Discord username.
- User Limit: The standard size for a new voice chat is 4 people. You can adjust this limit anywhere from 1 to infinite users.
- Audio Quality: The default bitrate is set to 64 kbps, which can be modified depending on your needs and server perks.
- Ownership: The person who creates the voice chat is the absolute owner. If the owner leaves the channel, the ownership rights are released and can be claimed by any remaining user for 10 minutes.
Moderation Commands
As the owner of the voice channel, you have full control over who joins and stays. Use the following commands in your temporary text channel to manage your room:

- /voice-unban Revoke a ban and allow a user to join again.
- /voice-kick Temporarily kick a user out of your channel.
