The SndeCare search engine is custom-built to provide instant, highly relevant answers across our entire ecosystem. Understanding how the algorithm works and how to utilize its filters will help you find the exact solutions you need in seconds.
Instant Live Results
Our search operates in real-time. You do not need to press "Enter" or load a new page. As you type, the system instantly scans our entire database and immediately displays the Top 3 matching articles right below the search bar.
Result Ranking & Logic
To ensure you get the most accurate support articles, the SndeCare search algorithm uses a specific hierarchy to rank its findings. When you type a query, the system evaluates our database based on importance:
- Title Matches (Highest Priority): The system first looks for your keywords in the titles of our articles. If the title contains your exact query, it is pushed to the top.
- Description Matches (Secondary Priority): If the title doesn't match, the system deeply scans the descriptions and metadata of the articles.
- Category Sorting: The results are then neatly labeled with their respective project categories (e.g., SndeCord, WallpaperHub) so you immediately know which ecosystem branch the article belongs to.
Using the Project Filter
Because the SndeTeam ecosystem is vast, a generic search like "Account Setup" might bring up articles for multiple different projects. To solve this, we implemented the Project Filter.
Located directly inside the right side of the search bar, the dropdown menu allows you to narrow down your search instantly:
- Ecosystem (All): Searches globally across every SndeTeam project and general support guides.
- Specific Projects: Select SndeCord, QRLX, WallpaperHub, or SndeArcade to force the search engine to completely ignore articles from other projects.
Pro Tip: Changing the filter while you already have text typed in the search bar will automatically refresh your live results based on the new category without you having to retype anything.
Tips for the Best Results
To get the most out of the SndeCare search, keep these simple best practices in mind:
- Use Error Codes: If you receive a specific error code (e.g., "ERR-404" or "Code 51"), type the exact code into the search bar. We tag our technical articles with these codes for instant discovery.
- Keep it short: Instead of typing "How do I reset my password for WallpaperHub", simply select "WallpaperHub" in the filter and type "Password".
- Use specific keywords: Focus on the main subject (e.g., "Billing", "Avatar", "API", "Refund").
