Are you experiencing input delays, unresponsive controls, audio glitches, or performance issues while playing on SndeArcade? Follow this comprehensive guide to identify and resolve the most common technical problems.

Game Controls & Input Lag

Before diving into solutions, it is important to understand the default control schemes across different platforms:

Problem: Inputs or Swipes are not recognized

Solutions for PC

Application Focus: In most cases, keystrokes are blocked or intercepted by other applications. Try minimizing your browser and maximizing it again via the taskbar to regain proper window focus.

Conflicting Tabs: Close other browser tabs or websites (especially other web games) that might be competing for the same keyboard inputs.

Swapped Keys: Check if your arrow keys have been accidentally swapped with the WASD keys. This is a common hardware feature on gaming keyboards.

"For most keyboards, you can use Fn+W to correct this issue."

Solutions for Mobile

Clean Display: Ensure your screen is clean. Dirt or moisture can interfere with touch detection and swipe gestures.

Force Close Background Apps: Inputs might be overwritten or delayed by other heavy applications running in the background. Hard close other apps via the app switcher menu.

General Solutions (PC & Mobile)

Internet Connection: Check your network stability. If your connection is unstable, it can lead to a high ping. The game may struggle to process your inputs in time, resulting in severe input lag.

Disable Blockers: Disable Adblockers, VPNs, or Tracking Blockers. Browser extensions can sometimes falsely flag the HTML5 game canvas as an advertisement or tracker, partially or completely blocking user interactions with the game field.

Audio & Sound Effects

If you cannot hear any game sounds, background music, or if the music keeps restarting, check our built-in audio panel and your browser settings.

Problem: No Game Sounds or Music

Problem: Music Keeps Restarting

Use On-Screen Navigation

We engineered the site to keep your music playing seamlessly. When you change pages, the music will pause for a brief moment and immediately resume exactly where you left off.

The Fix: Only navigate using the buttons and links provided directly on the website. If you use your browser's native "Back" or "Forward" arrows, the audio state resets completely, and the track starts playing from the beginning. Always use the website's own navigation to prevent music interruptions.

Performance & Frame Drops

If your game feels sluggish, stutters, or suffers from low frames per second (FPS), your device or browser might be struggling to allocate enough resources.
