In SndeArcade (Phase ZERO), we currently operate without a login or account system. This means all your progress, points, and high scores are handled differently than in typical online multiplayer games.
How Your Data is Saved
Because there are no user accounts yet, your statistics and high scores are saved exclusively in your browser's Local Storage. This means the data lives directly on your specific device and browser, and is not transmitted to our servers.
Cannot Restore Lost Data
Since we do not have access to your device's local storage and your data is not synced to our servers, it is technically impossible for our support team to restore lost high scores or statistics.
The Future: Cloud Saving
Don't worry—this is only temporary! In the final release phase of SndeArcade, we will introduce a complete Login and Account system. This will automatically save your high scores, statistics, and unlocked cosmetics directly to your account, allowing you to access them safely from any device.
Why Did My High Score Disappear?
Because your progress relies entirely on Local Storage, it is highly sensitive to changes on your device. Your high score will definitely disappear if you:
- Clear your browser cache or manually delete your browser data.
- Play in an Incognito or Private Browsing tab (the browser deletes all data as soon as the tab closes).
- Switch to a different device (e.g., moving from your mobile phone to your PC).
- Switch to a different browser on the same device (e.g., switching from Google Chrome to Safari).
Other Possible Causes
While slightly less common, your local storage might also be wiped if:
- You clear your browser Cookies (many modern browsers group local storage and cookies together when clearing site data).
- You use aggressive Adblockers, Tracking Blockers, VPNs, or Antivirus programs that forcefully clean your browser's temporary files to protect your privacy.
- You sign out of or delete your synced browser profile (e.g., signing out of your Google account inside Chrome).
- You use third-party system cleaning software (like CCleaner or mobile storage optimizers) that automatically wipe app caches.
- Your device runs critically low on storage space, prompting the operating system to automatically delete temporary browser files to free up memory.

Simply tap or click directly on your HighScore inside the game. This will open a special Trophy HighScore window, beautifully formatted and perfectly designed for taking a screenshot. It is the perfect way to show off your new record to your friends or the community!
